Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks and fold in 10 equal packets.
  2. Beat cheese and egg yolks together, then fold in 14 equal packets.
  3. Toss ladyfingers in cognac and coffee.
  4. Butter a pyrex dish and line it with the lady fingers.
  5. Spoon cheese mixture on top of them.
  6. Top with egg white mixture.
  7. If needed, repeat layering process.
