Ingredients:

  • 24 tbsp chili powder
  • 12 tbsp cumin
  • 12 tbsp paprika
  • 6 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight container that just holds it.
  2. Shake well and store in cool dry place.

  4. Obviously, if you don't use this sort of seasoning that often, make it in smaller batches. The measurements are pretty easy to divide. Works great in chili, sloppy joes, tacos, nachoes, soups, marinades, etc etc. I'm sure you'll find uses for it. I'd like to hear of some if you think of anything really crazy!
