Ingredients:

  • 3 cup tomato
  • 3 cup parsley
  • 4 medium bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash the oats, shop the tomatoes & parsley then put it in a large bowl add the oats to it.
  2. In a food processor put the pepper & onion until it smooth
  3. Add it to the tomato mix add the salt & lime juice
  4. Put it in a serving plate & pour the olive oil on it
