Ingredients:

  • 225 g flour sifted
  • 70 g cornflour sifted
  • 50 g custard powder sifted

Directions:

  1. Cream butter & icing sugar to pale creamy colour. Add sifted dry ingredients. Knead & roll out cut into favourite shapes. Cook 150c for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes up to 30 biscuits
