Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a 9X13 cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Spread the Marshmallows in the bottom of the pan in a single layer. Mix the cake batter according to package directions and pour over marshmallows.
  3. Spoon the fruit pie filling on top of the batter in 5-6 globs.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake pulls away from the edges of the pan.
  5. Made it with cherry (using chocolate cake mix), blueberry, pineapple, and apple pie (using spice cake mix) fillings. It makes a really moist cake.
  6. The surprise is that the marshmallows cook to the top and the pie filling goes to the bottom.
