Super-quick Easy Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups coarsely chopped ice cubes (i didn'tsp measure but just guesstimated)
  • 3/4 cup salt (i didn'tsp have but 1/2 cup, and it still worked fine)

Directions:

  1. In a small Ziploc sandwich bag, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Press out the air and seal.
  2. In a large bag, combine ice and salt; Add the small sealed bag. Seal the large bag and place in another large bag and seal.
  3. Shake and knead the bag for 5-7 minutes (I did 7), or until the cream mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
  4. Serve ASAP or freeze.
  5. Enjoy!!
