Sunday morning date muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Put dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine egg, milk and oil and add at once to dry ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Add dates. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake ate 375 degrees for 2025 minutes. Serve warm.
