  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; cut in butter and cheese with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over apples in pastry shell.
