Stewed Black Beans Frijoles Guisados

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Over medium heat in a medium pot combine can of black beans with water using the same can the beans came in
  2. Crumble the bouillon cube and add to pot
  3. Add Sazon, crushed olives, tomato sauce, Sofrito, chorizo and salchichon to the pot and stir
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until the liquid thickens to desired consistency. Some people prefer watery and others like them thicker
  5. Serve over white rice
