  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, green onions, and celery in butter until tender. Stri in spninach and salt, heat through . Trmove from the heat, cool in a large bowl, combine eggs, bread, minced onion, soup mix, and pepper . Crumble turkey over mixture, mix well.
  3. On a large piece of heavy duty foil, pat tureky mixture intioa 16 x 10" rectangle. Ptread spinach mixture to within 1" of edges, Roll, starting with a short side, seal seams and edges.
  4. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. vocer and bak at 350 for 50 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes louger or until a meat thermometer reads 165. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
