Southern Style Pecan Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb powdered sugar (4 1/2 cups)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Butter a 9x5-inch pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.
  3. Spread quickly in a buttered 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cool. Cut into squares.
