Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes from end to end about 1/3 inch thick.
  2. Wash the potatoes.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet, I prefer an iron skillet.
  4. Put the potatoes in the hot butter and fry ,stirring occasionally.
  5. They will be done when tender, about 15 minutes.
