Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and clean chicken.Cut into bite size peices
  2. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients mentioned in MARINATE section for about an hour
  3. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients under COATING 1
  4. Take another dish and mix all ingredients under COATING 2
  5. Now dip the chicken pieces one by one first in COATING 1 and then in COATING 2.Repeat the process once more to ensure a firm coating.
  6. Deep Fry in oil till it turns golden brown
  7. Serve Hot with ketchup
