Ingredients:

  • 2 large onions
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup parsley (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel onions, celery, garlic.
  2. Dice.
  3. Clean bellpepper and dice.
  4. Mix in a large bowl.
  5. Freeze in zip lock bag.
  6. When ready to use, tap bag on counter, then take out the amount you need.
