Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease a pie dish with the butter.
  2. Put in a few slices of hard boiled egg, cover with layers of fish, the rest of the egg, onion rings, tomato slices, and pepper pieces.
  3. Beat the raw egg in the milk.
  4. Add salt & pepper, then add Worcestershire sauce and beat again.
  5. Pour milk mixture over the fish.
  6. Spread mashed potato over the top.
  7. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parsley.
  8. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes - 425°/Gas Mark 7.
