Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 lb maryland crabmeat, picked clean
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt. Add enough milk to make a creamy consistency, then stir in half the grated cheese and all of the crabmeat.
  3. Pour into greased 1quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes until mixture is bubbly and browned on top.
