Ingredients:

  • 1 liter bottle seltzer
  • 1/2 cup orange juice , reserved from the green tea and ginger granita recipe
  • 10 oz saki , optional

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher combine the seltzer, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Pour the mixture into 4 tall glasses over ice and garnish with ginger. For the adults, stir in 2 1/2 ounces of sake for each cocktail.
