Ingredients:
1 liter bottle seltzer |
1/2 cup pineapple juice |
1/4 cup cranberry juice |
1/2 cup orange juice, reserved from the green tea and ginger granita recipe |
4 slices peeled fresh ginger, for garnish |
10 ounces saki, optional |
Directions:
1. In a large pitcher combine the seltzer, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice. Pour the mixture into 4 tall glasses over ice and garnish with ginger. For the adults, stir in 2 1/2 ounces of sake for each cocktail. |
