Raspberry Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except jam, well, in order given.
  2. Put 1/2 the mixture on bottom of greased 9 x13 x2 pan. Spread with raspberry jam. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over top of jam.
  3. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until done.
