Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine fruit, condensed milk, cream, lemon juice, sugar and honey.
  2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a plastic container with an airtight seal, cover and freeze 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Let stand a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
  5. Garnish with whole fruit pieces and a sprig of mint.
  6. Alternatively : pour mixture into ice tray mould and freeze 4 hours to create a delicious treat for your kids, or place the frozen cubes into a fresh fruit salad just before serving.
