Quick Fudge Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 2 squares (1 oz. each) semisweet chocolate
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup hot milk

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler
  2. Add sugar, butter or margarine and hot milk
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Beat until smooth
  5. For thicker consistency, add a little more sugar
  6. For smooth consistency, add a few drops of milk
