Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, soda, powder, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt.
  2. In a separate bowl cream butter & sugar - add pumpkin, egg, & vanilla. Beat until light & creamy.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients until well blended.
  4. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes or just until edges are beginning to brown. COOKIES WILL STILL BE VERY SOFT when removed from oven.
  6. Allow to cool on rack.
  7. Drizzle glaze over top of cookies.
