Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 8 oz pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet by tablesponfuls.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool
  3. Make Glaze: drizzle on cookies.
