Ingredients:

  • 1 box(es) yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 stick oleo
  • 1 can pumpkin (large)
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup pet milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Set aside 1 cup on dry cake mix for crumble topping. Mix remaining cake mix with 1 well beaten egg and 1 stick melted oleo. Put in bottom of a well greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix in bowl pumpkin, 3 well beaten egss, 1/2 white sugar, 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, pet milk, and cinnamon. Add to top of cake mix.
  3. Make crumble from remain cake mix, 1/2 of white sugar, flour and 1/4 cup of softened oleo. Put crumble on top of pumpkin layer.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Enjoy!
