Ingredients:

  • 3 1/3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Bake in bread pans at 350°F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (325°F if glass pan).
