Polish Horn Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup straine cottage cheese
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Add cottage cheese and flour.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Roll out thin and cut into 3 inch squares.
  5. Spread filling in center of square.
  6. Roll into cornucopia shape.
  7. Brush with egg white or milk.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees.
