Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Beat the eggs well, then add the flour and salt and beat again.
  3. Slowly add the milk, then the oil, beating constantly.
  4. Butter an 8-inch cast iron skillet generously and pour in the batter.
  5. Bake for about 20 min, or until the cake is puffed and brown at the edges.
  6. Cut the cake in wedges and serve it with warm applesauce and brown sugar.
