Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Line cookie sheets or jelly roll pans with parchment paper (any cheese will peel right off for easy cleanup and is reuseable).
  3. Separate English muffins and place on pans.
  4. Combine ground beef, sauce, egg, oregano, and parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  5. Spread a small amount of meat mixture- about 3 tablespoons- evenly across the top of each English muffin face (I use my hands for this), no thicker than 1/4 inch.
  6. Sprinkle each with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven 13-15 min or until cheese is golden brown.
