Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. MIX: sugar and butter; ADD eggs, one at a time: beat well after each.
  2. ADD: flour; baking soda; salt, mix well.
  3. ADD pineapple and nuts.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spray 9x13 pan, bake 350°F degrees, 45 minutes or golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Cool, cut into bars.
