Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in medium glass bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Brush one side of bread with oil and toast in preheated oven, oiled side up, until lightly browned, 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and top each baguette slice with about 1 tablespoons of tomato mixture.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
