Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package, rinse with cool water and drain well.
  2. Preheat oven to 350*.
  3. Combine eggs and parmesan or romano cheese.
  4. Toss with pasta and 1 cup of the mozzarella, blending well.
  5. Generously grease or spray a 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet with sides.
  6. Press pasta into the bottom of pan.
  7. Spread sauce evenly over pasta and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Add additional toppings, if desired.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes, let stand for 10 minutes.
  10. Cut into squares and serve.
