Peppermint Buttercream Icing

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups icing sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (to taste)
  • 2 -3 tbsp cream , 10

Directions:

  1. Whip butter.
  2. Blend in icing sugar and 2 tablespoons of half and half.
  3. Add egg whites and BEAT! until fluffy.
  4. Mix in peppermint extract.
  5. Be sure to taste!
