Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg yolk. Combine the flour, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Spread into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  2. Beat egg white; brush over the top. Sprinkle with pecans; press down lightly. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
