Peanutty Butterscotch Snack Mix

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts and M&M's.
  2. Combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and butter in a saucepan.
  3. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until melted.
  5. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Let cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Continue to add powdered sugar and toss until all pieces are coated well.
  9. Store in a tightly covered container.
