Peanut Butter Eggs - WOW!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs margarine
  • 2 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 lbs milk chocolate wafers (we prefer wilbur buds)
  • 1/4 cup paraffin wax

Directions:

  1. Cream butter& cream cheese.
  2. Add peanut butter& vanilla,& mix till well blended.
  3. Add 10x in small amounts& mix until no longer sticky.
  4. Chill 2 hours.
  5. Shape into eggs.
  6. Re-chill 1-2 hours (minimum).
  7. Melt chocolate in double broiler.
  8. Add paraffin& mix well.
  9. Dip eggs into chocolate& put on cookie sheet in fridge till hardened.
