Peanut Butter Choc Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/6 cup butter
  • 2/3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cranberries

Directions:

  1. Cream together
  2. Peanut butter
  3. Sugar (1/3 agave syrup)
  4. Butter (Earth Balance
  5. Vanilla
  6. Add Oatmeal
  7. Let stand for 1 hour
  8. Baking soda
  9. Stir in
  10. Chocolate chips
  11. Walnuts
  12. Cranberries (raisins or goji berries)
  13. Drop onto greased cookie sheet (best using 1/4 cup measure)
  14. Bake at 325 for 8 -12 minutes
