Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1-1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend butter and peanut butter together until well combined.
  2. Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla.
  3. Mix until well combined then roll into balls and place on non-greased cookie sheet.
  4. Flatten balls with a fork in a crisscross pattern then bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
