Directions:

  1. Open up the double stuffed Oreos (those with double the frosting in th middle). remove a tiny slit of the frosting on the outside edge of th cookie. Insert a lollipop stick into the slit, pushing the stick into the frosting. Replace the top of the cookie. you now have a lollipop ready to dip in chocolate. Melt the chocolate with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in the microwave at 100 % power for 1 minute; stir until smooth. Prepare the white chocolate in the same manner. Dip the Oreos in the chocolate and then in chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc,. or drizzle with leftover chocolate, using white on the dark chocolate and dark on the white chocolate. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheets and chill until chocolate is hardened.
