Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs and orange juice.
  2. Beat really well.
  3. Dip bread into egg mixture, then into crumbs.
  4. In a large frying pan, melt butter.
  5. Pan fry on both sides until lightly browned.
  6. Serve with syrup or honey and top with powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
