2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup orange juice |
8 slices bread |
1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers |

Directions:
1. Combine eggs and orange juice. 2. Beat really well. 3. Dip bread into egg mixture, then into crumbs. 4. In a large frying pan, melt butter. 5. Pan fry on both sides until lightly browned. 6. Serve with syrup or honey and top with powdered sugar or fresh fruit. |
