Oil & Vinegar Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups vinegar , wine
  • 8 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Put vinegar in blender.
  2. Start blender on med-high speed.
  3. Add garlic, one chopped clove at a time.
  4. Slowly add oil.
  5. Mix on high speed until until well blended.
