Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in eggs until smooth.
  2. Press half of dough into the bottom of a greased 13 x9 baking pan. Spread jelly over dough in pan. Sprinkle one cup peanut butter chips over jelly.
  3. Crumble remaining dough over chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove from oven; sprinkle remaining chips on top. Cool; cut into squares.
