Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First Layer: Mix all ingredients and press into an ngreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.
  2. Second Layer:
  3. Oz cream cheese, soft
  4. Cup unsifed powdered sugar
  5. Ounces Cool Whip
  6. Mix all ingredients at medium speed until smooth. Spread over cool curst; chill 30 minutes until set.
  7. Third Layer: 1 large package vanilla instant pudding; 2 Cups Milk
  8. Mix pudding and spread over Cool Whip layer. Tope with sliced bananas or strawberries. Chill 15 minutes.
  9. Fourth Layer: 1 large package chocolate instant pudding; 2 Cups Milk
  10. Mix pudding and spread over fruit. Chill 15 minutes.
  11. Fifth Layer: 6 ounces Cool Whip.
  12. Spread over Fourth Layer. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or shaved chocolate bar. Chill until ready to serve. Cut into squares, as desired. NOTE: Recipe can be halved; use 8 x 8 pan, small packages of pudding with one cup milk. Flavor of puddings can also be varied.
