Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each half and spread close to the edge.
  4. Top all halves with mozzarella cheese and two pepperoni slices. If you don't like pepperoni you can also try slices of fresh mushrooms instead.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
