Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Assemble all ingredients.
  3. In large bowl, combine.
  4. Ground beef.
  5. Turkey sausages (with casings removed).
  6. Salt & pepper.
  7. Combine in blender:.
  8. Eggs, water, onions, garlic, 1 cup sauce.
  9. Pulse on & off until chopped (not pureed).
  10. Add to meats in large bowl.
  11. Rinse spinach, microwave for 30 seconds
  12. Remove and coarsely chop.
  13. Add to bowl
  14. Note: you can use 10 oz. package spinach.
  15. Drained, water squeezed out.
  16. Add bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
  17. (for this meatloaf I use storebought).
  18. Mix all ingredients together well.
  19. Spray cookie pan with rim (also known as a jelly roll pan) with nonstick spray. Then line with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup and to protect pan).
  20. FORM 3 meatloaves about the same size each,.
  21. And place on pan so they are not touching.
  22. BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes,.
  23. Then turn down oven to 350°F and continue to cook for 25-30 minutes longer.
  24. Remove from oven and try real hard to wait 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
