Marinated Sweet  Honey Ginger Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prick pork chops with fork and rub with the ginger and garlic.
  2. Melt the butter and combine with the soy sauce and honey.
  3. Pour mixture over the chops and marinate overnight.
  4. When ready to grill, remove chops from marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  5. Bring chops to room temperature and then grill 8-10 minutes per side; turning several times.
