Ingredients:

  • 13 1/2 oz tofu
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Brown turkey. Add all ingredients except tofu and mix well. Bring to boil and simmer until sauce thickens. carefully mix in tofu. Continue to simmer until tofu is heated. Serve over rice. Sprinkle chopped green onion, if desired.
