Lunch Lady Butter Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter (1 cup)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Mix flour a little bit at a time, mixing well
  5. Roll dough into balls
  6. Flatten on ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake until golden brown
  8. Approximately 8 - 10 minutes ...watching carefully
  9. Enjoy!
