Lemony Tuna Salad With Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk tahini and water together in a medium bowl till combined.
  2. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to taste and whisk till smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust lemon juice if neccessary - the dressing should be tangy.
  4. Line 4 dinner plates with lettuce leaves.
  5. Invert a small or regular size of tuna onto each plate.
  6. Spoon tahini dressing on the tuna and a little over the lettuce.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon zest.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side and pass the remaining tahini dressing and pepper mill.
  9. Serve with warm lavash or pita bread.
