Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • sprigs of mint , if desired

Directions:

  1. Make a sirup of the sugar and 1/3 cup of the water. Cool and add remaining water and fruit juice (for the beverage of your choice). Serve with generous quanities of crushed ice and garnish with mint, if desired.
  2. For Lemon Whey: use the whey from freshly soured milk in place of water in making lemonade.
